Why when you can get equivalent items through collectors or fashioning your own from a crafter and buying mods from other players? Would be tonnes cheaper too.

Some skins aren't obtainable anywhere else. If someone wants to pay more money for eyecandy, I think they should have that right. It could even make more money for Arenanet.

Some feathers might get ruffled if exclusive skins were released, but a pack of ready-to-use hero weapons might be an excellent edition to the store.
Create a Zaishen Armory which includes a Kerrsh's Staff knockoff, one of each weapon, and a shield with mutually exclusive armor requirements from all four possible types, and you'd have a nice collection of items people could utilize to equip their entire force of heroes. Simple, easy, and quite helpful for people who don't want to go green farming or spend a lot of gold.

Its pretty hard equipping all of my heroes across all my characters.
The one bonus item that I am missing that would help me to equip my rits a lot easier is the Spirit Binder staff.
Equipping all your heroes takes ages.

I'm generally in favor of such an idea as well. However, most people forget that there already is (sort of) such a function available through the online store. I'm speaking, of course, of the bonus mission pack. Completion of any of the missions results in at least one book which can be traded for a gold weapon of your choice. These are excellent for heroes, although you still need to mod the weapons yourself.

I think a "Mercenaries Weapons Pack" would be something more suitable. Sorry, but my pre-order weapons are mine.

Hourglass Staff is definitely the best item in guild wars.
Why would you want the crappy spirit binder staff though? Its just the hourglass staff without the +45 health while enchanted mod.
The BMP weapons aren't comparable. Running an entire mission for ONE unmodded max weapon? I could run a normal mission and get 2 or 3 of them just from drops if I'm lucky. /Bonus equips your entire hero group with max weapons in about 20 seconds.

I'd buy another pack, with the same skins, but with standard stats, and empty mod slots when possible, for example the Glacial Blade would keep the cold damage, since it's like the icy dragon sword, linked to 'ice'.

That's a bit of an exaggeration. Most of the BMP missions can be done in 10 minutes or less, if done properly. Also, with discoveries you can get multiple completed books. In addition, the weapons you get this way can be chosen to be the item and attribute of your choice and are req 9. You are also rewarded gold for doing the missions and for the discoveries, which helps pay for the mods you want. The only real downside is that the BMP weapons are customized, but that makes them great for heroes.
Normal mode missions, on the other hand, will pretty much never yeild 2-3 gold req 9 weapons. Most normal mode missions take more than 10 minutes to complete (so are quite long in fact) and you certainly won't be able to chose which item/attribute you want. With HM missions you have an increased chance of gold drops, but you're still not likely to get 2-3 req 9 golds you'd want to use as you claim. If you happened to be lucky enough to get the golds, chances are you'd still have to worry about finding good mods for them.
Also, if you check e-bay/amazon you can often find people selling old copies of the pre-release packs for both NF and EotN. Thus it is still possible to get those /bonus skins, you'll just have to pay a little extra for them. At any rate, there are more than enough ways of getting your equipment for yourself and your heroes, so doing it through the cash store is totally unnecessary.

This thread gets my vote.
I was just in pre thinking it would be nice if Anet offered the rest of the bonus weapons through DLC. I wouldnt mind if they made the Divine Aura or Disco Ball dances available as well. I understand, it was a special gift to those that pre-ordered or bought special editions. But, its been 4 years and they had thier fun. It would be a good way for Anet to make a little bit of cash and give the community a chance to collect on a missed opportunity.
